Marketing Strategic marketing support is offered to each individual Clinic. Our in-house Marketing Department completes all the ads required for advertising, media, product pricing, public relations, merchandising, local marketing and market research. All clinics are able to be guided by the Marketing team to create a customized quarterly marketing plan which is dovetailed with major campaigns from Head Office.
Training Training programs conducted at our Head Office range from a 3 to 5 day period. On site business development and support for each Franchisee and staff is offered upon clinic opened. Additional training and business development is provided on a quarterly basis. Great people is what makes SFL successful. We pride ourselves on being highly involved with each franchisee as a sounding board and guide.
Point of Sale Our private web based POS system was customized to fit the needs of our Clinics. We created it from scratch and managed it daily. Client appointments, profiles, cash flow, reporting is all at our SFL Franchisee's finger tips. Our Goal is to create an environment where Franchisees and staff can focus 99% of their time on Clients - not the systems.
Customized Meal Planning System After a client's profile and payment has been processed, meal plans can be created in our state-of-the-art web bases private software. Each clients personal preferences and medical issues can be addressed. Long term tracking of meals and other key data is also offered to ensure clients alway get new and fresh options.
Human Resources SFL has created a binder full of best practices and policies, including information and recommendations on employee relations. Our network of people are at the heart and soul of SFL. We aim to provide a supportive and dynamic work environment. We also promote from with it to develop new franchisees. Some of our best Franchisees started as staff or clients.
Operations Our Head Office team provides ongoing support and guidance for effective business management. Operations is simple - serve the clients to the best of our ability. Their success will determine our success. We work together as a network to understand what is coming so that we all can be ready.
Property People are surprised at first when we tell them not to be in a high rent / high traffic Mall. We have developed a 10 point test in finding the best location in any community. Most of our clients are not interested in everyone knowing they are coming for help. We respect their privacy.
Purchasing/Partnerships When we can, we develop strong relationships with like minded national organizations to gain pricing advantages. The remainder of the items we encourage our Franchisees to develop long lasting relationships with in their own community.
Network Providing opportunities to network with other franchisees and benchmark results provides an invaluable support system. Each year at our Annual General Meeting we welcome guest speakers to inspirit our team to think beyond the day to day. Brain storming to creating a future SFL that addresses clients needs in a better way.
