Lisa Gottschalk, Nutrition Advisor

Health and wellness has always been a passion for Lisa both through her work in the medical field for over 25 years, and also in her personal life. Lisa spends a lot of her spare time maintaining her active lifestyle, in particular running, and always loves experimenting with new healthy choices and fun adventures with her husband and two children. “ I really enjoy working as a Nutrition Advisor with Simply For Life, I feel like it is just an extension of my own lifestyle that I get to share with others. Kathryn is a Professional Dietitian and has a Masters in Applied Human Nutrition. She has a passion for helping people navigate the nutrition world and emphasizes the importance of whole, simple foods to fuel the body and mind. Kathryn believes in healthy active living and building a positive relationship with food, enabling everyone to enjoy food while optimizing your overall health. She takes an evidence based approach to find healthy food choices that fit both within someones likes and lifestyle, creating sustainable behaviour changes that suit individual needs for long lasting success
