Having her keep me accountable has ensured I sleep better, have more energy throughout my day, keep the weight off and generally feel amazing. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to become healthier, lose those unwanted pounds, and/or change their relationship with food.” H.S.

Meghan Watson, C.H.N., Holistic Health Coach

All my life I have known that I was “here to help”, empathic and caring since I was very young – but I wasn’t exactly sure through what avenue it would manifest. I worked in hospitals and nursing homes, providing personal care to the elderly and the disabled. I worked as a personal trainer and diet coach, co-owning and operating a small private gym on Vancouver Island. I moved to Calgary and continued to take clients for personal training and nutrition, mostly online or with friends in the area. It was at this time that I found a coach who specialized in holistic nutrition, and started working at Community Natural Foods: a local, hippie-rich grocery and supplement store in Calgary that taught me more about food, lifestyle, supplements and MYSELF than I had ever known. Poised at this point to develop myself as a holistic healer, I went through a long process of emotional and spiritual development that brought me to study Holistic Nutrition at CSNN and graduate with top marks. I worked to overcome disordered eating and training patterns that I had developed while bodybuilding in my early 20’s, and am now in a place to put my past struggle to good use. I empower those around me to prioritize mindset, longevity and mental health over a bikini body. My clients tap into their own personal motivations for change, and we work together to create an action plan using the strategies that each client most resonates with. I place extreme value on individualism, and I understand that there is not one master “plan” or set of rules to follow in the pursuit of true, abundant, radiant health. This path is long, often twisted, and takes a great deal of self-discovery. I am here to guide you on this path and remind you that you are absolutely worth the work and effort. Health is not simply about food, or exercise. Health is emotion; health is gratitude. Health is sleep hygiene, stress management, and setting boundaries. Health is self care, even when it’s messy. Health is preparation for the future. Let’s talk health.
