Melissa Nadeau, Franchisee & Nutrition Advisor

Melissa is a graduate in health sciences, has a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and is a certified naturotherapist. She has been an exercise & nutrition consultant for 15 years already! The Simply for Life program is aligned with her own values: "Eat well and move daily to live fully and maintain a good quality of life". It is in this spirit that she supports her clients by giving them tools and advice to lead them towards a healthier lifestyle. There is no price on health! And now you don't have to since Melissa is recognized by the Professional Alliance of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists, the main health insurance providers will largely cover your consultations.

Fanny Sirois, Nutrition Advisor

Fanny has always loved nature and living an active life, especially running. In 2014, it was with pride that she ran her 1st marathon. She did it again in 2019, but this time she took a closer look at her nutrition as a fuel and a way to improve her performance. She approached Simply for Life for valuable advice and not only did she realize that she was running better; she felt better mentally and physically. It is with this new found passion and excitement that she undertook studies in nutrition & naturopathy, and joined the Simply For Life team as an advisor to educate and motivate people to reach their health goals.

François Boutot, Nutrition Advisor

After experiencing some health challenges in 2003, François developed an interest in better eating habits and physical activity. In 2007 he completed his first half marathon and repeated this distance several times until 2012. With effort and perseverance, he managed to overcome the weight loss challenge (65lbs) and maintain good lifestyle habits. Since then, healthy eating has been a priority in his life and that is why he decided to join the Simply for Life team. He will be happy to meet you and offer you an excellent service.
