Meet the Team

Jocelyn Guptill

Born and raised in Fredericton, NB I spent 25 years in the Customer Service industry and the last 15 of those years were in management role. The skills learned over time have been beneficial in this role I now pride myself on as the owner of the Simply For Life Fredericton clinic. Nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle became an important part of my life in March of 2012 when the decision was made to change my way of thinking and eating. So I joined the SFL in Fredericton and began my journey to a better life. It was not always easy and I have learned so much. Having gone through this lifestyle change coupled with my customer service skills allows me to relate to each client who comes through our doors. I love helping people and seeing the change in their lives each and everyday. My desire is to always impact each clients life for the better and to see them succeed on their journey to a better life.

Kristin Brown

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian and has a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition degree from St.F.X. University. Growing up as a dancer, Kristin realized the power of using nutrition to optimize health and performance. Following graduation, Kristin spent nearly three years in Airdrie, Alberta working with Simply For Life and helping hundreds of people achieve their health and weight loss goals. Kristin has recently moved back to the Maritimes to settle down and excited about working with you! Kristin specializes in weight loss, digestive issues, PCOS, diabetes and general healthy eating.

Nicole LeBlanc

Nicole grew up in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and completed her Bachelor of Science, major in Nutrition at the University of Moncton. After becoming a Registered Dietitian, she worked at a Health Centre for Horizon Health Network, followed by the Government of New Brunswick as a Provincial Healthy Eating Consultant. Her passion for health and nutrition, helping others, and her love of connecting with people, naturally led her to nutrition consulting. Since 2009, she has been a practicing dietitian in the realm of health, and weight loss, and has has the opportunity to work with thousands of people from all walks of life. Nicole’s goal during her consultations is to help educate, motivate, and support each individual to help them achieve their goals. She is dedicated to each of her client’s success; providing evidence-based information, encouragement, and practical tools along the way. Over the years, she has specialized in emotional eating, mindfulness, and helping her clients heal their relationships with food, and their bodies. Nicole promotes finding balance, improving habits while having compassion for yourself, and teaches a step-by-step sustainable approach – no gimmicks, fad diets, or restrictive eating. She is a firm believer that healthy eating is enjoyable, and that change is possible for anyone. On her free time, you can find Nicole lifting weights, traveling, laughing really loud, drinking good coffee, gardening, and relaxing at home with her husband and pets.
