Dani Davis

Eating healthy and being active has always played a big role in Dani’s life. Finding a balance between nutrition and exercise has always been her goal and it wasn’t until she became familiar with Simply For Life that she learned she could help others do the same. She is currently completing her personal training certificate as well as furthering her education of nutrition. She knows how important it is to lead a healthy lifestyle whether you’re training for an event, juggling motherhood or looking at adopting healthier habits. Dani shares her passion for overall wellness to support and motivate others to take the steps needed to feel their best and live their best lives.
