Kyle Theriault, Franchisee & Nutrition Advisor

New to the Simply For Life family, Kyle is a firm believer of enjoying life while making health conscious choices. His life style shows that he practices this by implementing balanced and achievable goals and encourages his clients to do the same. Kyle is well known in the fitness industry through his past involvement and participation in Bodybuilding competitions across the Maritimes. These past experiences have taught him the importance of patience and focus and will use this to motivate and push his clients to reach new heights. With an energetic and contagious personality, Kyle is motivating and uplifting while ensuring that his clients remain as dedicated as he is to maintain and live a long and healthy life.

Megan James, Nutrition Advisor

Megan believes Wellness comes from a place within that includes mind, body & spirit. She decided her path was to dedicate her life to helping others achieve this connection, after losing many people she loved to cancer and other disease, especially a very special aunt who was very encouraging of this dream! Megan started off Majoring in Psychology at the University of New Brunswick, before attending The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to study Holistic Nutrition. She is very passionate about nutrition & alternative medicine, with goals to continue learning in these avenues! Megan has experience working with adults and children, she has a gentle and positive approach to make you feel good when you come in and encourage you along the way!
