Bruce Sweeney, Founder

Every morning at SFL our clients inspire us with their courage. We’ve spent years researching and creating the formula behind Simply For Life; it is truly satisfying to see thousands of people learning how to achieve better health on our program. Many Doctors are recognizing our program as an educational tool for their clients. They send their patients to us in order to learn how to manage and control health issues through nutrition. Our team of motivating Certified Consultants has customized thousands of meal plans to address clients’ diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, arthritis, and hundreds of other medical issues. With guidance, our clients experience firsthand what health feels like and then learn how to stay healthy every day for the rest of their lives. We believe that education and motivation are the keys to a lifetime of great health!

Brandy Williams, Nutrition Consultant, RD

Brandy decided to enter the field of health and nutrition after her father passed away from a heart attack at the young age of 49. This fueled her with the desire to help other people improve their health. She has a big heart and her passion is empowering clients to take control of their health through nutrition to prevent chronic diseases from developing or improving existing conditions for a better quality of life. Brandy listens to the needs of her clients, determines what’s really important to them and works with them to create an individualized plan based on their goals and lifestyle. Prior to joining the SFL team, Brandy completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, and has experience working with clients on weight loss, food allergies and intolerances, thyroid conditions and digestive health. She is also a certified personal trainer and has worked for almost 2 years in the fitness industry. She decided to become a personal trainer to acquire additional skills to assist people in improving their health. Brandy believes in setting goals that are realistic for each client’s unique needs, but will motivate and empower you to be your best. She looks forward to developing strategies that work for you to help you get healthier and fitter than you ever thought possible.

Mike Griffin, Nutrition Consultant

Mike has worked beside Bruce Sweeney, the Founder of SFL, for over 13 years. He knows better than anyone how to deliver the SFL program. Mike’s ability to motivate and educate is astounding. He is the master at turning any situation into a fresh start and a positive learning experience. Clients love his unwavering commitment to their health. No matter what, clients know they can count on Mike’s positive attitude and intense accountability. Mike knows how busy life can get. Keeping up a physique like Mike’s does not happen by accident. With a busy schedule that includes his wife two beautiful children, it takes creative thinking and unique solutions. Clients love to learn his secrets and benefit from his time management skills. Scott Anderson, Nutrition Consultant

Being a fitness advocate most of his life, Scott has helped many people improve their overall health and wellness through proper nutrition and movement. He believes that improving overall health is not so much about looking fit, but feeling healthy and this is achieved by working from the inside out. Proper nutrition and movement creates a strong foundation to perform at peak levels which is an asset at any age and at any level. Amy Christensen

Amy developed a passion for the nutrition industry after successfully reversing a stressful, unhealthy lifestyle. It was a reflexology appointment that she was introduced to the world of natural medicine which lead her to begin researching different educational facilities that offer courses in the field. She found the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she earned her Diploma in Natural Nutrition in_2014___. Besides her passion for nutrition, Amy enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, and camping. She hopes to someday climb the highest free-standing mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro. The end goal for Amy has always been to work at Simply For Life, having experienced the program in the past. Amy enjoys teaching people about the food they’re putting in their bodies and loves guiding them through a journey to feeling amazing by living a healthy lifestyle. She wants everyone to be successful in whatever their goals might be; minimizing nutrient deficiencies, balancing hormones and/or weight loss. She is here to guide you by adapting to your needs and incorporating a healthy lifestyle into your daily routine.
