Bruce Sweeney, Founder

Every morning at SFL our clients inspire us with their courage. We’ve spent years researching and creating the formula behind Simply For Life; it is truly satisfying to see thousands of people learning how to achieve better health on our program. Many Doctors are recognizing our program as an educational tool for their clients. They send their patients to us in order to learn how to manage and control health issues through nutrition. Our team of motivating Certified Consultants has customized thousands of meal plans to address clients’ diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, arthritis, and hundreds of other medical issues. With guidance, our clients experience firsthand what health feels like and then learn how to stay healthy every day for the rest of their lives. We believe that education and motivation are the keys to a lifetime of great health!

Brandy Williams, Nutrition Consultant, RD

Brandy decided to enter the field of health and nutrition after her father passed away from a heart attack at the young age of 49. This fueled her with the desire to help other people improve their health. She has a big heart and her passion is empowering clients to take control of their health through nutrition to prevent chronic diseases from developing or improving existing conditions for a better quality of life. Brandy listens to the needs of her clients, determines what’s really important to them and works with them to create an individualized plan based on their goals and lifestyle. Prior to joining the SFL team, Brandy completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, and has experience working with clients on weight loss, food allergies and intolerances, thyroid conditions and digestive health. She is also a certified personal trainer and has worked for almost 2 years in the fitness industry. She decided to become a personal trainer to acquire additional skills to assist people in improving their health. Brandy believes in setting goals that are realistic for each client’s unique needs, but will motivate and empower you to be your best. She looks forward to developing strategies that work for you to help you get healthier and fitter than you ever thought possible.

Maria Trecartin, Nutrition Consultant

Maria McGraw was born to motivate. Her positive energy and willingness to seek out new answers to age old problems is refreshing. Client’s love her straight forward approach to nutrition with a heavy dose of motivation and accountability. Maria help clients achieve the seemingly impossible by planing and talking out the many rough patches life love to throw our way. After years of fitness training, she is holding CAN Fit Pro certifications in; Personal Training, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, Kickboxing Instructor, CPR and AED. Her love for indoor and outdoor sports shows when she recounts she participation in her weekend adventures. With a wide range of experience Maria has guide many clients up off the couch to regain full and active lives. Simply For Life is the most advance nutrition program in Canada. Maria was chosen to join the team because of her high quality coaching style and strong knowledge in nutrition. We believe that it is Maria steadfast commitment to her client’s goals that allows a great deal of trust to quickly be built. Clients know that they can turn to her each week good or bad to hear loud and clear an unwavering voice of encouragement and accurate nutritional guidance.

Mike Griffin, Nutrition Consultant

Mike has worked beside Bruce Sweeney, the Founder of SFL, for over 13 years. He knows better than anyone how to deliver the SFL program. Mike’s ability to motivate and educate is astounding. He is the master at turning any situation into a fresh start and a positive learning experience. Clients love his unwavering commitment to their health. No matter what, clients know they can count on Mike’s positive attitude and intense accountability. Mike knows how busy life can get. Keeping up a physique like Mike’s does not happen by accident. With a busy schedule that includes his wife two beautiful children, it takes creative thinking and unique solutions. Clients love to learn his secrets and benefit from his time management skills. Morgan McDowall, Nutrition Consultant, RD

Morgan has always had a passion for helping others. Even as a child, she spent her time taking caring of others. She paired her desire to help people with her love for nutrition and health. Prior to joining the Simply For Life team, Morgan completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Western University, and her professional Masters Diploma in Dietetics at Ryerson University. Morgan has experience working with weight loss, diabetic patients, cancer patients, COPD, and premature infants and new mothers.
