Devin LeBlanc, Franchisee, BSc(AHN) PTS

Devin LeBlanc, is an inspirational figure in the nutrition and fitness industry. He is an established Transformational Health Coach, Speaker and Author of the top selling book Doubtful Dieting to Lasting Lifestyle Change - The 6 Fundamentals to a Successful Lifestyle Change. With over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness, nutrition and weight-loss industry. He has now counselled over 10,000 clients, one-on-one from all walks of life on how to successfully make healthy lifestyle changes. He holds a bachelors of Science in Applied Human Nutrition, was a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist and has owned several health clinics specializing in body and health transformation. Drawing from his own personal experiences, battling with his own weight and living a healthy lifestyle, also years of experience counselling clients, he teaches clients and audiences alike, his perspectives on how to make permanent healthy lifestyle changes in your own life. Devin is dedicated to bringing health and wellness to every single individual as he shares the secrets to healthy living and long term change

Carla Pentz, Nutrition Consultant

Carla Pentz was born and grew up in Lunenburg county. Carla has been living the “simply for life”, lifestyle since 2004. Having walked the same journey as her clients, she is very aware of the challenges of change, and is passionate about planning meals that are both satisfying and sustainable for life. She has a lifetime of experience in both traditional medicine and alternative therapies, with a special interest in health and wellness. She welcomes everyone to come for a consultation and see how this program can be life-altering!

Caitlin Sanderson, RD(c)

Originally from Peterborough Ontario, I’ve spent the last 7 years falling in love with Nova Scotia. After completing my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with honours from Acadia University in 2019, I’ve decided to continue developing my career here on the South Shore in Bridgewater. I recently completed my dietetic practicum in Lunenburg County and am officially a Registered Dietitian (candidate). Throughout my life, I’ve always had a passion for food, nutrition and overall wellbeing. I believe that in order to build a positive and sustainable relationship with food, you shouldn’t be forced to sacrifice the pleasure and excitement in your diet. I’m eager to share this passion with the clientele of Simply For Life and to continue to work on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
