Jennie Orr

She furthered her studies at the University of Prince Edward Island, and went on to complete a graduate dietetic internship with the Nova Scotia Health Authority, the largest teaching hospital in Atlantic Canada. Growing up on a farm, Jennie discovered, and was able to explore her passion for whole foods. This passion soon developed into a love for cooking as Jennie spent more and more time in the kitchen learning to cook and also experiment.

In her spare time, she loves to cook and try new recipes. She also enjoys baking, and is always searching for healthier options, or modifying existing recipes. She enjoys crafts including cross stitch and sewing, and is hoping to learn to quilt. Joan enjoys refinishing furniture and loves collecting vintage brooches, which you will see her wearing.
