Meet the Team

Shane Organ, RHN, Nutrition Advisor

Shane is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who helps people eat healthy forever. In 2010 he realized that his eating and lifestyle habits were taking him down a road towards poor health and decided to take his health into his own hands. After years of educating himself through books and weekend certifications he decided to make a career change by attending and eventually graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where he developed a clear understanding of the power of food and its role on health and longevity. Shane bases his practice on a balanced whole food approach while understanding the person in front of him and meeting them where they are at. He has helped several clients achieve their goals including weight loss and disease management, all while providing solid nutrition education. In his spare time Shane enjoys cooking, skiing in the winter, and CrossFit all year long. He looks forward to helping you achieve the nutrition goals you’ve set while making sure you enjoy yourself along the way.

Carmen MacPherson-Saulnier, Nutrition Advisor, RHNC

After 13 years working in mental health and addictions research, Carmen went back to school to study holistic health and nutrition to better understand lifestyle factors and holistic healing modalities for people battling eating disorders. Her professional and independent research in attachment and trauma, coupled with her knowledge of nutrition, movement, and aromatherapy allows her to individualize nutrition plans to meet the goals and needs of her clients struggling with problem eating. Carmen is passionate about empowering people to have a healthy relationship with food and their bodies and she is committed to helping clients reach their ideal weight without restrictive dieting.
