Rachel Francis, Franchisee & Nutrition Consultant

Already a child and youth care worker, she became a certified Zumba instructor to keep the community classes going. And that was it; she was hooked on fitness! Passionate about building strong communities through the individual health and well being of its members, Rachel went on to earn certification in resistance training and group fitness, and later became a CANFIT Pro Certified Personal Training Specialist. Rachel joined Simply For Life in 2014 and knew right away it was the perfect fit with its focus on helping people live their best lives through food and nutrition. Rachel opened Simply For Life New Glasgow, and brings a wealth of experience and education with unparalleled enthusiasm to every client plan. Rachel specializes in weight loss, toning for the female body, group fitness, personal training, and offers motivation, direction, and ongoing support. Chelsea Fraser, RD

Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian working with the Simply for Life team in New Glasgow. After graduating from the Human Nutrition program at St. Francis Xavier University she completed her dietetic internship in rural Nova Scotia communities. Chelsea is experienced in helping clients to manage a variety of chronic diseases as well as counselling for weight loss. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their best health through food and nutrition.
