Rukhsana Khan, FDN-P Functional Health Practitioner

I am a certified holistic health and life coach from the Health Coach Institute, and I also hold a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Certificate (FDN), which will enable me to order functional health tests, effectively interpret the results and develop natural protocols that will help restore function rather than just treating the symptoms. I am on a mission to create a healthy community by educating, inspiring and empowering women to make healthy lifestyle choices and gain a sense of overall wellness by connecting mind, body and spirit.

Ella Dinneen, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Ella is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Fitness Professional. As a mother to two active children and with years spent in a busy corporate environment Ella knows all too well the struggle of finding balance in today’s busy environment. After years working in a busy corporate environment, going through the motions and feeling constantly fatigued and stressed, Ella decided to leave her corporate job and focus on spending more time with her children. During this time, Ella began to focus on her health, incorporating more movement and healthier nutritional habits and was amazed at the shift in her energy levels. Her passion for health and nutrition, helping others and connecting with people lead her to the fitness industry where she continues to teach group fitness classes. Her desire to learn more then lead her to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she completed her Register Holistic Nutrition diploma, developing more understanding of the power of food and its impact on overall health. Ella’s goal is to help educate, motivate and support individuals to live a healthy life. She believes in finding a balance that works for each individual.
