Kim Driscoll, Franchisee, Nutrition Advisor, Fitness Professional

After Spending years in the hospitality industry Kim decided to pursue her passion for health and wellness and opened her own fitness facility, Inspire Fitness Inc in Sussex, NB. Kim has many fitness certifications which include: Certified Personal Trainer, CF-L1 Trainer, CrossFit Kids, Movement & Mobility Specialist, and more. She has since completed her nutrition certification and is excited to bring the Simply For Life Philosophy to her community. When Kim is not in the gym you will see her out exploring the area with her husband Rob and two children Liam & Emma who love to swim competitively for the Sussex Swordfish SwimTeam.

Rob Driscoll, Franchisee

New to the Simply for Life Family, Rob is excited to help provide health & wellness solutions to clients that feel challenged with shift work. Currently working in emergency services, Rob has spent over 20 years working shift work across Canada and truly understands the toll that long hours, operational stress and poor food choices have on the body. Rob is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and together with his wife Kim, they own and teach at Inspire Fitness in Sussex NB.

Mila Maxwell, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopath

After trying nearly every skin care line on the market, prescription steroid creams and even the drug Accutane, twice, she started questioning her diet, even though every dermatologist she saw told her diet would do little to improve her condition. “In University I started paying closer attention to my diet, after eating nearly anything I wanted all my life, I figured it might be the missing link. I became very strict with my diet, cutting out sugar and junk and eating more fruits and vegetables and it was then that things started to change; that’s when I knew I was on to something. Not only did my eating habits change, but so did my mood, attitude, energy and of course, my choice of skin care products. I tossed anything that had artificial scents, parabens and harmful preservatives and focused on only using a minimal number of products that were completely natural.” Over the years, Mila has gained a wealth of knowledge through research, courses and general curiosity. She has discovered ways to manage stress and anxiety and loves to help clients improve their own health with her gentle and empathetic approach. Her true passion lies in helping others feel their best through proper nutrition and self-care. She has, and continues to study nutrition and is now a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopath, as well as a certified yoga instructor.
