Will I gain my weight back?

You want the truth ... this is who we are !! If you start our program and quit by going back to your old habits yes, you will most likely gain even more ... sorry this industry has been promoting empty promises on weight loss and keeping it off for decades. The good news is since our program is about whole food you will be introduced to foods that you are more likely to keep instead of some unhealthy foods and this will prevent you from cravings or derailing. If you do get off track you will still gain weight but not all of it back! The best part is that we will have you focus on how you feel instead of chasing the scale and this is the core of our success to why many who have quit on their journey come back to chase the feeling of feeling good and this time achieve their goals. Here is another kicker, since we know lifestyle has its ups and downs usually to become successful it takes a few years, unlike the industry's empty promise of diets for a short period of time.

We are a lifestyle program, SimplyForLife ... for life.

Do I have to be a member or client to shop in the Natural Market?

Not at all! Unlike other brands our Natural Market is open to anyone and everyone regardless of them being a nutrition coaching client. Stop in anytime to see our wide selection of natural food products or ask our staff about any questions you might have about nutrition/food!

Do I need to book a coaching session in advance, or can I walk into a Simply For Life location?

All our coaching sessions are by appointment and we recommend that you book in advance. You can request a Coaching Session online here. However, if you’d like to drop in, book your appointment and get a tour of our Natural Market, we’d be more than happy to see you!

How do I know what program is right for me?

Our team of Nutrition Coaches provides you with tools to manage lifestyle and weight loss. During the initial coaching session, we’ll ask you questions to learn more about your goals, lifestyle, and health. Our experts will identify the program that best meets your needs and design a custom meal plan built around your specific situation. As you go through the program and your needs change, our Coaches will continuously update the program so that you’re maintaining your results and building on your success.

I’ve had limited success with other programs, what makes Simply For Life different?

Simply For Life is not a fad diet or a quick fix. There are no magic pills or foods that will suddenly change your life. Instead, Simply For Life is a lifestyle that’s based on years of nutritional science and backed by tens of thousands of successful members. We work alongside you to build a nutritional plan that will help you achieve your goals and keep you accountable through weekly sessions. Once you see the results, you’ll see why the Simply For Life approach has made such a difference in people’s lives.

How long are the programs?

All programs are a minimum of three months. However, in order to see the best results, we recommend joining for at least six to 12 months. During your coaching session, your Nutrition Coach will help you decide the type of program that’s right for you and how long the program should be.

What should I bring or have prepared for my first coaching session?

When you book your coaching session, you will be provided with a questionnaire to complete and bring to your appointment. This will help us understand your needs and give us a better understanding of your current lifestyle, nutritional habits, and goals. Other than that, you just need to bring an open mind and a willingness to embrace the Simply For Life lifestyle.

Nutritional science is constantly changing. How do you stay on top of the latest information?

Our founder, Bruce, is obsessed with healthy living and has made it his personal mission to learn all there is to know about food and nutrition. All the Simply For Life programs are based on the latest nutritional science and wellness information available. We regularly attend independent conferences that are not influenced by the food and drink industry to ensure we are always on the leading edge of nutrition. We aren’t influenced by popular science or fad diets. Just real, scientifically backed research.

How are meal plans created?

Our Nutrition Coaches have access to our proprietary nutrition and meal planning software. This makes it easy for them to design custom meal plans based on your needs. Instead of spending time doing this manually, they’re able to spend more time working with you so that you can see the best results possible.

How do I know what food to buy?

Your custom meal plan includes all the ingredients you need to live a healthier life. In addition, you can always login to your MYSFL portal, which shows all your meal plans, recipes, and ingredients. Our meal plans are just real food, which means everything is available at the grocery store or, for your convenience, at our Natural Market.

Do I have to buy products from the Natural Market?

The Natural Market is intended to be a convenient location to get healthy, nutritious food that is difficult to find elsewhere. We currently have over 100 Simply For Life products that are available to both members and non-members. Of course, you’re never obligated to buy from the Natural Market.

What happens when I’ve completed the program?

Our programs are designed to evolve as you progress along your health and wellness goals. The first stage includes weekly meetings with your Nutrition Coach and meal plans that are more restrictive. Once you’ve graduated, you will transition to the Maintenance phase, where you will meet with a Coach every two weeks. In Phase 3, you will become an Alumni and meet once a month. Finally, if you have successfully maintained your lifestyle, you will become a Member For Life and be able to access the Coach once a month without cost. Over time, new foods may be introduced into the meal plans as your nutritional needs evolve.

Is Simply For Life right for kids? Can I bring my family?

Simply For Life is suitable for children, and custom meal plans will be developed specifically for their situation. Children can join for free if a parent is already a member.

Are Simply For Life programs covered by insurance?

Check with your insurance provider before joining to understand if the program is covered under your policy. Be sure to know what the title of your Nutrition Coach is to be sure it is included in your coverage, as some policies have specific benefits depending on the professional you are seeing.
