Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Weight Loss Specialist, and Personal Trainer

severine.blondeau@simplyforlife.com

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I play a crucial role in helping clients identify and achieve their health and
wellness goals. With a personalized and scientific approach to fitness and nutrition, I leverage proven principles and strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. Years ago, I made a profound choice that altered the course of my life. I walked away from a marketing career because I discovered my true calling — to help individuals reboot their lives through holistic health. This journey is not just a profession for me; it’s a passion. And I bring this passion to every client interaction, dedicated to guiding them toward optimal health and wellness.

I believe in the power of personalized, individualized strategies. Clients are not just numbers to me; they are individuals with unique aspirations. I foster real connections with my clients, prioritizing trust and creating a special bond to contribute actively to the achievement of their objectives. I want each client to take ownership of their health journey. Together, we’ll break down goals into manageable, sustainable habits. My goal is to empower each client to regain confidence and find a sustainable way to live a healthier life.

Nutrition Coach

Tanya Lavoie

Registered Holistic Nutritionist

tanya.lavoie@simplyforlife.com

Tanya is a bilingual Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for nutrition, balanced health, and overall wellness. Her love for holistic health began after she experienced her own health concerns while trying to juggle her work/life balance raising a family. She took charge of her own health and enrolled in nutrition school. Equipped with new knowledge, she focused on therapeutic nutrition and herbs, stress management, sleep, self-care, and she ditched some lifestyle habits that were no longer serving her. She noticed a huge shift and realized what it means to eat, live well and thrive.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the special education sector combined with government supportive roles, Tanya’s background shows her dedication to help others through guidance, support, and a kind, friendly, and approachable style. She wants to empower you to take charge of your own health and happiness by providing you with the guidance you to need to reach your wellness goals and achieve overall lifestyle balance.

Aside from her passions around health and wellness, you can find Tanya spending time with her family, the outdoors, gardening, wildcrafting and cooking with local plants and wild food. Creativity is at the root of everything she does, including nutrition and in the kitchen. (She’s been known for her skills to hide healthy food in meals even for the pickiest of eaters!)

Credentials: Tanya graduated with honours from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) with a diploma in Natural Nutrition. She is also a proud member of the CSNN Alumni Association and in good standing with the CAHN-PRO Association.

Nutrition Coach

Bethany Gettis

Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant

Bethany@ndelish.com

Bethany struggled with post-partum depression with her first baby, she knows what it’s like to feel alone, overwhelmed, and anxious as a new mother. Society puts so much pressure on moms to be superwomen and on top of all that, lose the baby weight and be a contributor to the household.

Bethany worked as a nurse in the dieting sector for over 5 years before kids, then went into holistic nutrition and earned a diploma from CSNN in 2010, with an accompanying C.H.N designation. Motherhood has been the hardest job by far, but has taught her the most rewarding life lessons.
Learn from her trials and tribulations, how she has become the leader in her own life, and use what she has implemented to change your life too. When parent’s needs come first, we are in fact taking care of the whole family through a way of osmosis.

One on one coaching is the best way to manage your stress, keeping you accountable to your goal, understand your own nutrition and supplementation needs, have your family involved in a plan to eat healthier, make exercise as a team a regular priority, and all the while learning valuable mindset tricks, to thrive for years to come.
