Hailey has a passion for holistic wellness, & bringing balance back to the mind, body & spirit.
Her passion for holistic wellness began in her 20’s, when she started getting severe stomach problems where no doctor could pinpoint a cause. A few years later, Hailey started her own investigation on the cause – & discovered the connection between the gut & the brain… finally an answer. This passion only solidified as she was finishing her undergraduate degree in psychology, when she became interested in nutritional approaches that help with anxiety & depression. This led her to pursue her certification as a Nutritional Practitioner & to become a yoga teacher 🧘🏼♀️

Jennifer is a lifelong learner and has a passion for nutrition science. With a diploma in Applied Nutrition Science and a nearly completed bachelor’s degree in Applied Health, Jennifer has learned much in the past years about how essential nutrition is in providing the body with optimal conditions for growth and adaptation. Jennifer understands that everyone’s body can be unique in its needs and capabilities but believes that everyone can improve their quality of life by implementing proper nutrition and lifestyle habits. She is passionate about helping others to have happy and healthy lives. Jennifer has been honing her coaching skill for the last 4 years and is ready to fully support you on your journey by adding accountability and structure to your goals. Helping you to pinpoint the steps you can take to shape yourself and become mentally strong in your journey.
