Chantal graduated in Dietetics and Human Nutrition at McGill University (Montreal) and spent most of her career working in British Columbia in Healthcare. She recently relocated across the country and now calls Enfield home. In her pastimes, Chantal enjoys riding her dirt bike and camping with her family, exploring the beautiful trails of East Hants. Chantal has experience in weight loss, diabetes and chronic illnesses management. Her nutrition vision is eating whole foods and staying away from dieting.
