I have been interested in bodybuilding for as long as I remember, I had become very overweight myself and needed and wanted to change my life. I understand the battles one goes through being overweight and because of the cravings and discipline of changing one’s life. I have changed my entire lifestyle in order to become a healthier and better version of myself, not only for myself but for all those around me. I studied sports nutrition for my own needs and becoming a fitness trainer was a long time desire of mine so joining both fitness and nutrition was for me, the perfect marriage. Changing my eating habits, my quality of food has led me to discover a better quality of life allowing me to pursue my goals as a fitness trainer and nutritionist, now being a certified in sports nutritionist and personal trainer, and continuing my studies to become a naturopath, I feel that Simply For Life is the perfect and has the perfect psychology behind developing the need for a Stronger and healthier lifestyle. Simply For Life is not just a place where one can loose weight, but a place to learn to live again and my goal is to help promote the Simply For Life way as much possible so people can, not only live a longer and healthier life, but to do so with pride… My health, my nutrition, my failure and my clients are my priority…

I am an advocate of eating healthy and I strive to be the best version of myself by changing my eating habits and lifestyle. I train everyday to become stronger, not just physically but mentally. I believe in the mind body soul connection and what we put into our bodies come out of us as well, in everyday life decisions and how we interact with others.

I am an excellent listener and extremely patient, but when it comes to my clients, if you have made the decision to walk through my door than you have made the decision to commit and I will hold you to it!

Healthy eating has become a passion of mine, and my goal as a Simply for life Nutrition coach is to share that passion and teach my clients that the transition in to healthy eating can be fun and enjoyable!
