Kennedy is a Registered Dietitian, who received her Bachelors of Science in Applied Human Nutrition with Integrated Internship from Mount Saint Vincent University. Born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, Kennedy’s interest in nutrition began during her involvement in the Healthy Promoting Schools Program. She has experience in chronic disease management and enjoys sharing her passion for food and nutrition with others. Kennedy is a member of Dietitians of Canada, Consulting Dietitians Network and Canadian Obesity Network.

Helen’s interest and knowledge of health and wellness stems from her own passion and experiences through her many stages of life. She loves to stay active by running, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and weight lifting… Really anything that brings her joy and is fun! You can often hear Helen say “If it’s not fun, don’t do it“ or ‘’If you don’t try you will never know!” Helen’s refreshing take on life is admired by her clients. She helps clients navigate their health while experiencing the changes they go through in life such as raising a family, grief, menopause, divorce and just the challenges of day-to-day life! Her holistic approach and passion for healthy living shines when she interacts with her clients, allowing them to move past what is holding them back from living their best life!

Clarissa always knew she wanted to help people, and after completing her degree in Biochemistry at Memorial University, she wanted to move on to studying nutrition and dietetics. Clarissa completed her dietetics degree at Mount Saint Vincent University, followed by her internship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Clarissa has seen the positive impact nutrition and lifestyle has played on her own health conditions and loves to help others do the same! Clarissa has a particular passion for gut health and digestive disorders, helping people improve their relationships with food, and women’s reproductive disorders (such as PCOS and endometriosis).
