Nutrition Coach

Michelle P

Nutrition Consultant

michelle.p@simplyforlife.com

Since she was a young child, Michelle saw how much suffering the ones she loved were enduring as a result of their various health ailments, and vowed to find a way to help them to live better quality, happier lives.

After learning that we can reduce and even starve off disease epigenetically through optimal nutrition up to 70% of the time, she immersed herself into a lifelong study of it. With education at the University of Alberta in Applied Human Nutrition; and Carleton University and the Canadian Hospital Association in Nutrition Management, she began her career working in a local hospital in clinical nutrition counselling.

Realizing that movement is also a huge piece of the total wellness puzzle, Michelle attended more courses at the University of Waterloo and Conestoga College in kinesiology and fitness, and have been a certified Personal Trainer and certified Fitness Instructor ever since. Magical things start to happen when a person starts improving their fitness levels, while fuelling their bodies optimally. They start noticing that sleep and stress levels improve, all the while improving pain levels, hormones, relationships, and energy simultaneously. This knowledge transpired into Wellness Coaching, both individually and at the corporate level over the last couple of decades.

Michelle brings a lifelong dedication to offering collaborative, proactive and creative solutions to helping people to be their best versions of themselves. Her biggest joy in life is to work with people to help them to discover an inner peace and joy along their self-discovery pathway to finding better health, and ultimately leading to living happier lives. Michelle is thrilled to be a part of the Simply For Life Team to connect with those who feel I may be of service on their life-enhancing journeys!
