Maude is a registered dietitian with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Acadia University in lovely Wolfville and a Master’s in Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Her passion for eating well and living a healthy lifestyle fueled her curiosity and passion for the field of nutrition. She values continuing to educate herself in this exciting and evolving field to best meet your needs.

Maude will use her passion and experience when carefully listening to your goals and challenges to simplify and individualize your plan for success. Her goal is to help you feel calm and confident about your food choices. She is genuine and energetic in her desire to understand you, help educate and motivate you to achieve your dream lifestyle. Her guidance will give you the tools to manage new or existing health conditions, have more energy, enjoy food, and have a better relationship with your body. Maude will happily support your goals and values on your journey to living a balanced and joyful life.

When not helping clients live their best life, you can find Maude exploring hiking trails with her pup, buried in a book, spreading positivity and snack inspiration on social media, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
