Cheryl Moore, a hub of holistic wellness, extends her guidance to both women and men through life’s diverse stages, fostering a lifelong transformative journey of self-care. Celebrating 20 years as a devoted wife and a proud mother of two daughters, Cheryl also shares her heart with Murray, an Australian Shepherd, and Riggs, a German Shepherd. Hiking with and training her dogs brings her such joy.

As the founder of the HIIT30KV Fitness in Quispamsis, Cheryl has been dedicated for over a decade to those who’ve overlooked self-care amidst life’s hustle. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of slowing down, embracing real whole food, and honouring one’s body. Beyond fitness and nutrition, Cheryl passionately advocates for women’s health, helping them under what is going on with their bodies as they transition through perimenopause and menopause.

Triumphing over burnout as a fitness professional, Cheryl fully understands the challenges of working on yourself all the while feeling like you don’t have the energy for any of it. Her expertise spans General Health + Wellbeing, Digestive and GI Health, and Weight Management.
