Bilingual Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach! I have a passion for helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle with therapeutic nutrition, grounding exercises, motivational support and education. There is nothing more fulfilling for me than helping our clients improve their health and seeing the incredible positive impact it has on their lives. From gaining confidence and making peace with their bodies, to seeing considerable improvements in health conditions and energy levels. The power of good nutrition, when tailored to individual needs, is truly life changing!
I developed an interest in nutrition 10 years ago after overcoming a burnout. I had to make some serious lifestyle changes to gain balance in my health. My habits finally caught up with me. I was working 3 jobs, using that same lame excuse “I don’t have time to eat” and ultimately hit a wall. I established a routine of daily exercise, proper meal planning and self care which attributed to my passion of helping others seek their own wellness solutions!
I love food!! My favourite on-the-go snack is a “Pain au Chocolat” (chocolate croissant) & Almonds. I love spending time with my jack russell terrier Roxy, my family and i’m committed to ongoing education to expand my knowledge.
