Sara Ross is all about movement, motivation, and making people feel their best. She kicked off her journey studying Exercise Science at Concordia University, snagging two national hockey championships along the way. After that, she switched gears to massage therapy, then took her talents to Copenhagen to play pro hockey (and yes — won another championship!).
While in Denmark, she worked as a trainer and massage therapist with the men’s pro hockey team before moving back home to St. George. There, she started personal training, opened her own massage therapy business, and eventually built a full wellness centre with a gym.
Sara’s also a total powerhouse in ball hockey: she’s won four world championship golds and a silver with Team Canada and will be back in 2025 as an assistant coach at worlds. When she’s not coaching or working with clients, she can be found competing in mountain bike races, embracing every challenge with the same determination she brings to her work.
Today, Sara proudly serves as a health & nutrition coach with Simply For Life, where she combines her extensive background in elite athletics, hands-on therapy, and coaching to inspire and guide her clients. Her years of training and experience at the highest levels make her uniquely equipped to help others achieve their health and wellness goals — empowering them to live stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
