At almost 46 years old, I have never been more fit or more healthy. I am in control of my exercise, my meals and my attitude. I am responsible and can congratulate myself on my successes, and have nobody to blame for my slip-ups. My successes and areas to improve are MINE to own. My body no longer aches and I have been able to maintain a lower blood pressure. I feel better in my clothes and am more confident in myself, especially in knowing who I am and what I want to achieve. Eating whole becomes a way of life and a mindset, with only benefits all around to support it. I am my best version of me!

I've struggled with my weight my entire life. To overcome my challenges I have participated in weight loss programs in the past and it's always been about the number on the scale. When I met Scott Anderson at a work wellness event back in the Fall of 2019, my outlook on weight loss changed. During my first assessment, I was asked what my goal was, my answer was my health. For the first time it wasn't about the number, it was about the mind, body and soul. I am so thankful to have had Scott as my consultant this past year. I started my program on November 1, 2019 for a 6 month program. As I was nearing the end of my program, I quickly realized I still needed Scott’s help and signed up for another 6 months. Without his guidance, encouragement and shoulder to cry on, I am on a lifelong journey of great health. I am now in the maintenance program, down 43 pounds and feeling the best I have felt in years. Finding myself at my unhealthiest and lowest part of my life and 49, I FINALLY decided that I needed to live and be healthier, not only for me, but for my son. I joined Simply For Life to lose weight but I have found so much more! What I love most about Simply for Life is that I don’t feel like I am on a diet

I started Simply For Life back in 2018. I had been wanting to lose weight for a while but struggled on my own. I always felt that I was eating healthy before and I have always been active but when I started Simply For Life, I learned a lot. What I love most about Simply For Life is that I don’t feel like I am on a diet. The meal plans you get revolve around food you love, and I am now at a point where this has become second nature to me. I don’t think about it anymore and I just know my body better. I can still go out with friends, eat and have a drink, not all the time but I am in a place now where I can do that and get back on track the next day and can still lose weight. It’s just about the choices you make, so I can still have a drink but my choice of drink is different now than what it would have been before I started this. My nutritionist is amazing, and she motivates me and always celebrates the little milestones. I didn’t start this to lose weight fast, so some days I maintained and didn’t lose weight and at times I did get a little sad, but it helped me realize I was maintaining and that is a good thing. It didn’t happen overnight, it took a lot of work to get where I am, and I am still going to continue.

I started my Simply For Life journey during covid. A crazy time in the world, but a time that I decided to finally put myself and my happiness for a healthier lifestyle first.
